Refunds & Returns
On-line refund policy:
- Instalments that are made by the purchaser may be refunded by notifying the seller within 7 working days in writing by sending a request for refund to sales@futuregold.co.za
- A cancelation fee of all reasonable selling costs will be deducted from the refund.
- The purchaser needs to supply certified copies of ID and bank statements before the refund is made.
- Refunds will only be paid by EFT into the nominated bank account of the purchaser.
- No refunds will be made to third parties.
- Refunds take up to 7 working days to be paid
