Refunds & Returns

On-line refund policy:

  1. Instalments that are made by the purchaser may be refunded by notifying the seller within 7 working days in writing by sending a request for refund to sales@futuregold.co.za
  2. A cancelation fee of all reasonable selling costs will be deducted from the refund.
  3. The purchaser needs to supply certified copies of ID and bank statements before the refund is made.
  4. Refunds will only be paid by EFT into the nominated bank account of the purchaser.
  5. No refunds will be made to third parties.
  6. Refunds take up to 7 working days to be paid
